Hi Roni- I do address that question in some pieces, including an immediate question of what should we do, below. I think that Israel needs to pursue a path like that of Truth and Reconciliation in South Africa, and create a democratric, multicultural state which fully enfranchises Palestinians, whose language and culture moves towards inclusion of both of the Indigenous peoples of Israel/Palestine. This would be a difficult and dangerous road, but better and less dangerous than the status quo has been and will likely continue to be-- and it would actually be a moral path which would attract international support.
